We would like to introduce to you a new style of working for Walter AEC: “Walter Consultants.”

Considering that the market demand is oftentimes fluctuating and that young professionals are feeling happy working from home and having freedom and flexible hours, Walter AEC decided to start a hiring program called “Walter Consultants”. 

Walter Consultants are young professionals all over the world, engineers of different trade, with knowledge in BIM and BIM software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, Allplan… who work for Walter based on market demand and from your own home.

If you already have knowledge in BIM and any BIM software and you have a certification as proof, please send us a letter of interest specifying what type of work you are able to do with your CV and we will send you the test to verify your knowledge. Once you pass the test, you immediately get into our Walter Consultants database and if we need an engineer of your profile, we will contact you. If you don’t have a knowledge in BIM or BIM software, but you would like to start, send us your letter of interest with your CV, login to our webpage and start our online video lessons.  Check out https://walteracademy.com/education/webinar-courses/ .  There you will find the courses we are offering. At the end, you have the opportunity to pass the test.  Once you pass the test, you immediately get into our Walter Consultant database and we will call you if we need an engineer of your profile.

Once you are in our database, we will contact you to conduct the formal interview and negotiate the terms with you.

From time to time, we will organise “live online webinars” for our particular services and we will invite all of our Walter Consultants to participate.  The more knowledgeable and experienced you become, the higher are the chances for you to get an opportunity to work on our projects.
