Description
This 40-hour course is aimed at mostly architects, but other engineers would benefit as well, wishing to gain a comprehensive introduction to the use of Autodesk Revit Architecture and gain practical experience to confidentiality start using the software in practice.
The course is delivered by one of Walter Academy’s registered ATC instructor using a combination of presentations, interactive sessions and work on real-life projects. Students will gain hands-on experience of using the Revit Architecture software on topics listed in the program. The focus of the course will be a practical application of Autodesk Revit Architecture and the students will gain necessary knowledge to create Preliminary Architectural Design of their own projects. Furthermore, students will gain necessary knowledge to pass Autodesk Revit Architecture User Certification upon completion of this course, should they wish to do so.
When it comes to pre-requisites, underlying knowledge of architectural design and drafting practice is recommended. Experience of using CAD packages is advantageous but not essential. Candidates should be accustomed to working with Microsoft Windows as well as posses general computer literacy.
