Naida Ademovic is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Structures , University of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, where she has been developing research in the field of historical and ancient masonry structures. Her main research interests are related earthquake engineering, masonry structures , reinforced concrete structures, and bridges. Currently she is as well teaching in the Master Program NatRisk-Natural disasters risk management in Western Balkan countries. She holds two master degrees, "Master of Science in Computation Engineering", Ruhr University in Bochum, Germany and "Advanced Masters in Structural Analysis of Monuments and Historical Constructions-SAHC" from University of Minho, Portugal and Universiy of Padova, Italy. She obtained her PhD from the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Sarajevo.
